    It is always hard to leave one's little box, whatever that box might be. I have been bleating about indigenous yeasts for years, then suddenly found out that one of my favourite domaines had always used indigenous yeasts. Another point for anti-blinkerdom. I agree with those who fight against dogma, be it noble or ignoble dogma, and am delighted that the Jura worked its spell...

    Anyone who has read your writings, knows that they cannot guarantee the outcome of your opinions. I see no reason why a wine writer should not occasionally partake in a 'press' trip. Especially if there is no expectation of positive press coverage afterward. I Look forward to reading more about your discoveries there. Cheers, Amy
